THE POSITION.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates provisioning requirements, including password policies, enterprise role definition, account approval workflows, and delegated administration. Documents requirements, defines requirements scope and objectives, and works with technical teams to create systems that parallel business strategies. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within IT field, such as SDLC, UML, business process modeling, etc. May manage projects and staff appointed to those projects. Works closely with other Project Management Office team members and Manager to accomplish company, client and personal goals. Strives to expand professional and personal skills through a variety of assigned activities.

3 - 5 years business analysis experience required as well as excellent communication skills, analytical ability, good judgment and the ability to work effectively with clients and staff. Candidate must possess at least 3 years experience working in an IT Analyst position. Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

Candidate has demonstrated ability to interact with clients in order to maintain good standing, which includes, but is not limited to, facilitating meetings to gather requirements, documenting business needs and leading status updates. The ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously is a must. Candidate will grow ability to work independently with customers to define requirements and act as liaison between customers and internal staff.
