Volunteer Need

MARKETING COMMITTEE NEED (Volunteer Position/Unpaid)
 
The Marketing Committee of the PMI-Milwaukee chapter is looking to expand its role and needs more people to help, but the good news is that NO MARKETING EXPERIENCE is required! 
 
What would the volunteer actually do?
 
·         Provide inputs to the Marketing Plan for the Chapter
·         Help VP of Marketing (Mohis Mohamed) come up with promotional artifacts including Brochures, Flyers, and Advertising materials
·         Present and promote various programs at various avenues including Chapter Meetings and Business Meetings
 
The candidates should have the following:
 
1)      Strong desire for helping the Chapter
2)      Creative mind regarding promotional/marketing activities
3)      Writing/Design skills – MS Word, PowerPoint, Brochures, Web page design (not programming)
4)      Presentation Skills
 
Expected Time Commitment: 2 to 4 hours per week (this fluctuates and depends on the activities).
Volunteers are expected to be available for telephone calls and meetings after work hours and perhaps weekends.
 
PDU’s Earned: 5  If you Volunteer for a full year
