COVID-19 Guidelines and Procedures

Adherence to these guidelines is required for all volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and attendees. These policies and procedures are subject to change based on guidance from Milwaukee County and the City of Milwaukee or the State of Wisconsin and all changes will be communicated as they occur. Any harassment or threats made to the event team or attendees will not be tolerated and at the discretion of the event may result in permanent ban from the event and any existing membership fees paid will not be refunded.

ICC in this document refers to the venue, a.k.a the Italian Community Center

Requirements for admission:

The PDD organization team will not require attendees of any category to demonstrate that they are COVID-19 vaccinated (at the time those guidelines are being written, this is not a requirement from the County or the City or the State)

However, we are strongly recommending for attendees of any category to wear masks if they are comfortable with it, and to maintain distance when distances can be maintained.

If you are exhibiting any of the COVID symptoms as defined by the CDC and / or test positive for COVID-19 on the week preceding the event, you will be eligible for a full refund if you provide a PCR test from a medical institution (at home tests results not eligible)

 Accommodations and social distancing

Sanitizing stations will be available all around the event and ICC staff will also be masked. Social distancing is encouraged but can’t be guaranteed due to constraints of time and space of reality; Frequent hand washing and personal hygiene products, as usual, is highly encouraged.

Stances

We appreciate your continued patience as we work with the situation as best as we can.  We look forward to seeing you at our event!
