Breakfast Panel Discussion
Thursday, Sept 22, 2016
7:00 am - 8:30 am
4545 W. Brown Deer Rd
Milwaukee WI 53224 (Blue Entrance)
Many project managers work on internal projects for their own companies. Their stakeholders and project teams are people who work for the company. The projects are paid for with the company’s money. The project managers probably receive a salary.
What if one day the company decided to do a project for an external customer and charge by the hour for the project manager’s services? What changes would need to take place? How would the project manager’s work be different? If the customer was paying, should the project manager protect their interests? How would you measure the project manager’s success at review time?
Join us at Badger Meter where we’ll dig into these questions with a panel of experts and attendees from around the Milwaukee area. We are sure to get into some fundamental ideas about how project managers add value, so it will be an interesting event for internal and external project managers alike.
